VARVON is an online sports and lifestyle store operated from New Zealand. These terms cover your use of shopvarvon.com and purchases made through the website. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, specifications and options. Please review product details and the selected colour or variant before ordering. Lifestyle photographs may include props that are not part of the item for sale; the product listing describes what you are purchasing.

Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. We will not retrospectively change the agreed price or material terms of an accepted order without a lawful basis or your agreement.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Review the products, shipping charges, taxes and currency displayed during checkout before confirming your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will notify you and provide a refund as required.

4. Delivery and fulfilment

If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented when you order, we will inform you and honour the delay, cancellation and refund obligations that apply, including the US FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule where relevant. Our use of fulfilment providers does not remove our obligations to customers.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle cancellations, change-of-mind requests and problems with orders. VARVON does not currently offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Your rights to remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered products remain protected by applicable law.

7. Website use and intellectual property

Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activities or to interfere with its operation. VARVON branding and website content must not be reproduced without permission from the applicable rights holders, except where allowed by law.
